Pros
The wages are pretty good. There is a pension you pay into, however it has been continually reduced over the last 20 years.
Cons
On call 24/7. Managers get bonuses for finding faults with employees. Very limited notice as to when you’ll be working. Amount of vacation time is quite low, especially for starting out. Have to jump through a lot of hoops just to get a day off and at the mercy of the managers approval even for personal days.
