Managers always trying to fire you. Never home, they don’t care enough to help you know when you’re going to work. Miss all major days of they year regularly.

There are many opportunities across departments. If you are willing to relocate you will have more options and advance faster.

Cons

Mangers work long hours. It feels as it never stops, so you have to set your boundaries otherwise you will burn out really fast. The salary seems good until you realize that for the number of hours you are working it is not that much. But with every promotion it increases exponentially.
