Management always trying to write you up or fire you. Every manager and foreman has to write up 1 person a month or they get reprimanded or fired. Toxic work environment.. Morale is low and everyone is miserable. Upper management treats us like the scum of the earth. It used to be a great place! I've been there a long time and am now currently looking for a new job. It has started to effect me at home. Not good! The guys you work with are great people! All in the same boat and trying to deal with all the negativity.
