      some workers just don't want to learn how to do the craft the right way and won't do it when told how to do i better for there health .

      they need to learn how to work safer and easyer on there bodies so when they go home they know they did the job better for company and them self

      Pay is the only thing that keeps people here. If you don't care how you are treated and just want a paycheck then go for it.

      Cons

      Culture, work-life balance, communication, demoralization, no integrity, cover your own rear end. This company is all about the speed of trains and they constantly lie on their sheets so that managers make their bonuses. The union rules the roost so you can be a horrible employee and be there for 30 years and be really bad at your job therefore thwarting the efforts of better individuals to have better schedules and opportunities. Company doesn't care about you or your family. They pay well for uneducated people because that is how they keep you.
