Salary & Benefits.. not sure there is much more to add to it..

Cons

Lots of bad unprofessional people in management / leading (of course not everyone), some are bullies and liars, not listening for others opinions, finger-pointing and not helpful. Old technologies and lots of people used to it with no wish to improve and move onto something better and newer. As a simple employee, you're nothing! And what's with this 8 to 5 work days schedules when this is not needed with all the teams?! Flexibility is another key nowadays.. It is not a prison but a job in the end and Work/Life balance is REQUIRED and needs to be applied to everyone!
