Comprehensive health & wellness benefits and retirement

Cons

It was exhausting to be part of company at war within itself. The employees actually doing the work being unionized and the management all non union created this us vs them mentality and as much as i tried to stay out of it, inevitably it ended up swallowing everything up. People miserable going to work with the only motivation being that yearly letter with their retirement date and benefits.

Good pay, good crews to work with, work is good.

Cons

Lack of leadership in management, lack of empathy, several superintendents have 0 communication skills or know what they're doing. Management always tries to fail you for petty reasons, they don't know the rules half the time.
