      Pros

      Great way to earn a living. Good pay, good benefits, great pension. Plenty of opportunity within the company to learn new crafts and different positions. The ability to transfer and work in different parts of the country.

      Cons

      Extreme cost cutting measures to the detriment of customers, employees, and even their own management. At times very erratic schedule do to poor train line ups. Divisive management tactics such as proficiency tests under the guise of "safety", that lead to Unpaid suspensions for minor infractions in many cases.
