The company pay you more but if you compare the amount of hours you worked with pay its very low. You have to work 10 to 20 hours min in 3months with weekends , stat holidays and early start and late checkout. No overtime or time in lieu.Early starts mean 5am. Poor workload management. The worklife balance is pathetic and no one cares. 2nd the medical and health benefit does not covers you and your family completely. You have to pay addition 100 to 200 dollars monthly out of your pocket. 3rd the turn over in finance specially is very large so you have to do all other memeber work. Poor company culture no networking event during office hour and healthy activities. I really recommend every one to stay away from this company if you have better company culture with less pay.
