Everything else. Feels never safe to take a breath. Whether union or non union, off days are an illusion - will get call to come in to fill the void that executive level management has created. The diversity the company boast is skewed. There's plenty in union positions. As you look into non union the levels of diversity drops off, more drastically as you move up which is a result of legacy KCS employees getting passed up for openings in favor of a less diverse legacy CP employees. The safety culture the company claims to have is laughable and contradicting. Company wants well rested employees but calls union employees on off days, doesnt allow napping when parked in a siding or even when deadheading in a vehicle, and has non union employees cover terminal by themselves days at a time. Also is qualifying union employees on territory after making just 1 trip.
