CP, is without a doubt the most toxic place I have worked. 100+ hours a week, belittling phone calls from the CEO down. COO’s call you out in a group to “hold you accountable”. General Managers are protected and get transferred when the heat is on. It’s expected you be 100% sharp and high functioning without sleep. Constant phone calls, conference calls and hundreds of emails daily all while you try to respect and lead direct reports. I don’t know how Executives can truly sleep at night with the famous CP “clear conscious” STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY! It paid well, but the money isn’t worth it.
