      Pros

      There’s really no pros to working with CPKC, the pay is astronomical however it comes at a cost.

      Cons

      Business model is archaic and needs to be modernized. There is lots of division in the company which clearly stems from the top, which leads to a toxic environment. Upper management flaunt that they bring their laptops and cell phones on vacations with them - which is nothing to be proud of. CPKC has zero regard for your personal life. I would also say that the company treats you like property and not a human being.

      Working for CP has been a nightmare. The management is abysmal, showing no regard for employees' well-being or professional development. Training is practically nonexistent, leaving workers set up for failure from day one. Rules are arbitrarily enforced, conveniently bending when it suits management's interests.The pervasive lack of respect for employees is appalling, with managers often resorting to deceitful tactics and undermining efforts. Both managerial and operational training are woefully inadequate, leading to chaos and frustration. It's clear that the company is run by liars who prioritize personal agendas over the success and happiness of their workforce. Avoid this employer at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like disposable pawns in a game of corporate manipulation.
