Pros

My experience working for CPR was almost always fantastic - smooth training, great coworkers, good work-life balance and work tempo. But each location is independently owned. Make sure you get a good feel for the current staff and owner, because many elements may vary by leadership.

Cons

One of the few downsides was working on a small team. Very tight knit and wonderful working with a small team, but time off can be more difficult to plan for and manage when there are only a few on staff to cover.
