Pros

They pay you every two week, room for growth, you can learn what you want to.

Cons

Pay is atrocious, no paid time off (outside of selected holidays), way too many hours and guilt trip if you need time off, no time management skills from owner.

Pros

Dedicated work benches, Commissions on device and accessory sales. Plenty of device to learn how to repair.

Cons

Only can order parts from one supplier that usually has known defective issue with parts. No longer able to have parts phones on hand due to apple considering them counterfeit. Moving up in the company peaks very quickly. Hourly pay is pretty low for the skillset required. Staffing issues as well, many times I am the only one running the store. No benefits at all.
