I enjoyed the work atmosphere at first.

Cons

Once money got tight the franchisee started some shady business practices. Lying about completing repair work, "sales" that really were repairs marked up and back down. If something broke they would lie and make it seem like it came in broken. Once a Nintendo Wii was taken in for a 75 dollar repair and never touched before being returned " broken beyond repair"

Fast paced industry with ever changing technology to work with. Learning new tech and helping customers with their device issues is very rewarding.

Cons

Support from the franchise isn't always there. Maybe they have too many stores to give adequate support to. Franchise owners are left to figure out a lot on their own.
