Pros

Big name company, as a technician you can get to know a lot of different gadgets and electronic devices, happy work environment (when there is work to do).

Cons

Impossible to get a day off no matter for what, sickness, personal needs, none, I understand the each and every employee needs to adhere to the schedule, but we are humans rurounded by humans, so, one day and one day only should be given off if requested with reasonable time and reasonable reason.

Pros

very good, friendly working environment

Cons

sometimes issues within management trickle down to the employees. And most notable is the lack of cohesiveness between store systems/owners/corporate/general managers/techs.

Pros

One of the owners is pretty cool. Not much other than that.

Cons

Owners encourage employees to go through customers information on phones. Specifically encourage male employees to look for naked pictures on attractive female customers phones. Owner, Mike, screams and curses at employees on a regular basis. Tells everyone they are stupid and gloats about how amazing he is. Very high stress environment. Owner micromanages employees, doesn't value employee efforts, owner actively promotes his political beliefs and belittles people who don't agree. Uses racial slurs in about all sentences and constantly talks about wanting to have inappropriate relations with female customers. No benefits to speak of. Owner actively makes an effort to avoid having to pay benefits and varsity pays employees above minimum wage. Unpaid Saturday meetings required. Against the law. 60 hours required, only 1 day off for all employees. They operate based on fear. They make the employees fearful of losing their jobs. Everything is so unorganized, they use a broken pos that some kid made and didn't finish, no inventory system to speak of... It's just bad.
