Pros

I worked at CPS for 6 years. I worked in many different depts working my way up from substation construction, UG civil, distribution and designing. CPS will pays great and takes care of you. You’ll think the grass is greener on the other side but it’s not unless you retire and work for a contractor then it’s great. So don’t leave if you’re thinking of doing so. You’ll regret it.

Cons

Other than the customers being very demanding and CPS having a slow process overall there’s not many cons
