Pros

They are family oriented, truly on your side. They work with you to help you achieve your goals, and make sure you are growing both in your career field and as a person.

Cons

Training could have been better - I was coming in brand new to IT and all training seemed to be put on one person on our team that had their own daily work to complete alongside getting me up to date with things. Other than that, there aren't other cons I can think of.
