Pros

Good benefits, overall pretty family friendly, the work is fine. Depending on your director…

Cons

Chronically understaffed. Management isn’t listening to the needs of our department and continues to say make it work. All while taking away benefits like working from home, increasing insurance premiums, and battling with HR for the slightest pay increase.
