Flexible hours, good benefits, comfortable workspace, ability to ork from home sometimes.

Cons

Bonuses ar almost absent, the only way to grow financially is to increase salary.

Pros

Very good and strong development processes. Almost everything is well designed and documented. Maintainers of any piece of code are easy to find. Good internal tools, though sometimes they look like obsolete 10 year old, covered in dust solutions. Code inspections and design reviews are mandatory. Good management, most things are well estimated and planned. Very nice colleagues and good office.

Cons

Sometimes slow and superfluous processes. There're not enough place for growth and not enough people to learn from in some areas.
