Good compensation, nice people, a few products to develop, opportunity to learn English.

Cons

Maintenance of 25 years old code, hard to introduce anything new, almost impossible to change existing standards (since they are 'standards', you need change them for entire company). Managers are scared to approve something new (afraid of responsibility).
