A good place to start out, but don't expect much more.

Pros

Flexible hours, good work/life balance. Good stocked kitchen with snacks and drinks.

Cons

Zero room for growth unless you have personal ties to management. No raise or bonus for years. No 401k matching. Management located in Colorado are clueless. When problems are identified, they take a long time to get fixed which can impact customer base negatively.
