Pros

Conditions are very good. Nice office with good location. Atmosphere is really friendly. Workplace is comfortable. Opportunities for growth technically and grow your career.

Cons

I don't know any significant cons. Maybe working hours are not convenient for family, but comfortable anyway.

Pros

CQG has a laid-back atmosphere, casual dress, many of the people are wonderful to work with, and there is a full vegan kitchen (lots of fresh fruits and veggies). Schedules are pretty flexible.

Cons

There is very little room for growth, taking care of their employees are not considered in the top 10 goals, it isn't a place where hard work is rewarded. Salary and bonus' are mostly based on who know, not how you perform. They expect everyone to be top performers but are unwilling to compensate those employees and unwilling to terminate poor performers.
