Good people and good ideas are recognized and rewarded. Life/work balance is encouraged. Individuals are respected and treated fairly. Management is knowledgeable and professional and they genuinely seem to care about employees. Professional growth is supported through training and educational opportunites open to entire staff. Workplace atmosphere is casual and yet professional. Good oppor;tunity to work in world financial markets using the latest in technologies.
Cons
Communicaiton from upper management could use some fine tuning. Benefits package has taken a hit since the recession- its no longer a top shelf package.
