      Pros

      The benefits aren't the best or the worst.

      Cons

      Don't waste your time, if you're interested in making decent money. This company is the only one I ever worked for who wouldn't pay a lunch meal during orientation. If you didn't have money with you, you were lucky to eat the motel complimentary breakfast fleet your daily nutrition.

      the school and the water.

      Cons

      pretty much everything under the sun you name it they have all the bad that every company had or has had . And really arnt that shy about it. prob much better off working for swift no joke. you want a good life you wont find it here. worst company i ever had the opportunity to have me as a driver. do not even think about getting into the lease option or team fair warning.

      Don't do it. Their CDL training program is just another internet scam. They recruit more trainees than they have trainer

      Can't find any pros unless you are homeless destitute and don't mind living in a truck and starving. No money on O T R trucking

      Cons

      Recruit more CDL trainies than they can possibly train & Trainers are fatigued from lack of sleep & under qualified worst employer ever. Unsafe
