      Pros

      Whew not much to write home about here folks. My direct management was amazing and the department was great.

      Cons

      The execs are horrible! They are not connected to the other departments at all and do not understand the many different aspects of the business they micromanage. You instantly feel obsolete. Promotions are inconsistent. They have high turnover. At 1 year, I was senior in my department, including managers and directors. If you get an offer, take it only if you are struggling finding something else. And, keep looking.

      Pros

      None. Terrible place to work. Terrible benefits. Terrible leadership. They don't give a crap about their employees. Company is losing money, but leadership still drives their luxury cars and gives themselves raises while expecting everyone else to do more and work longer.

      Cons

      Low pay. Expensive benefits that get worse every year. No training. Outdated systems. Cut throat, finger pointing, throw you under the bus culture. Incompetent leadership. Churn and burn mindset--people are replaceable no matter how hard they work. Losing accounts and revenue left and right. They can't keep business and they can't keep people.

      Pros

      Great for beginners whom aren't in need of money right away! Training is good!

      Cons

      Worst pay I've witness in my 47 year of life, for students lol you will not make a dime un-tell you go through orientation and that is called driver in waiting pay $25 a day, which comes after three days of orientation, and its not automatic! Then once you get a trainer you get $10 an hour for driving and your states minimum wage for non driving but still working pay, this crap last 30 days! Then you go to an upgrade process and get stuck with yet another driver and you both share a crappy pay of .28 a mile yes you heard that crap right! You make a whopping .14 a mile well this will continue and after a month of that crap you get a .02 a mile raise wow and they wonder why they have a high turn over! I'll say this, after my 9 month contract I will not work for this company ever again!!!! oh I almost forgot hope you don't like your family! Because you ain't going to see them for 2 months easy!
