None! HORRIBLE! BAD!

Cons

Treat students like animals. Hotel are horrible. Can't get assistance over the phone. Sell you a bill of goods at glass and after they get you. You are just a number. Training in glass does not prepare you for road. You are out there on your own. Leave you in motel forever without any help. Starve to death for these people. Had to quit. Pay they gave did not cover food and shower. Cost me money to work for this company.

Pros

Some of the Drivers are really nice. If you are desperate, or want to know what is like to be treated like a criminal or if you want to get a start as a Truck Driver . This may be the place for you.

Cons

1) no respect. 2) no money (pay), 3) unsafe........and on and on. Best I can tell in my ten months with this company Is, that they don't care for the Truckers at all .Safety has little or no meaning to the management. Training is ok. but after that, get ready to be treated as an animal. In Salt lake City , they have arm Security guards and metal detectors and the last time I was there Drivers were not allowed in the second floor offices.I could go on, but all you need to do is stop and ask one of their truckers and he/she will fill you in. Good luck!

Pros

There are very few pros to working at CR England. They appear to take a sincere interest in their employees however, the only true interest that have is themselves.

Cons

The upper management often enguages employees with tasks then changes direction creating issues among the various teams. The will then throw blame singling out individuals and terminating them. This can be proven.
