      Pros

      In general it was a stable company, the transportation industry is a difficult industry but they have been able to stay in business for a long time.

      Cons

      The rules seemed to change daily, what was true one day would not be the same the next. They love production and hate that you have a life out side of the office. You can be a top rated employee but you have some hard times come up and you are suddenly the "worse employee they ever had"
