Pros

Decent pay for part-time work, just glad you're not a truck driver. Very busy all day, some people will be overwhelmed

Cons

old technology, need to invest

Pros

Shackles are no longer handed out, indentured servitude is the motto. This is what Lincoln fought against, yet slavery is still alive in the USA. This time, slavery knows no race, they are not prejudiced in who they indenture into servitude.

Cons

After working non-stop, one may make enough money to buy that day's meal. If ever a company could pay less, CR England would be vying for top spot. People are less than numbers because the numbers keep getting churned. The company feeds off of students hopes and dreams, fuels those dreams, and promises students a bright future at the end of the tunnel. That light is a freight train, don't be fooled. Their promise to drivers is to provide a continuing supply of students, analogous to an endless supply of cows for the slaughterhouse.

Pros

There are none. Unless you like never being home and not making any money; in fact, you owe them at the end of the week.

Cons

Do not lease a truck; you can't cover the payments. They nickel and dime you for everything. They could care less if their employees even have food to eat; but if you happen to be in Utah, they might let you pick up their trash at the main terminal for 2 pieces of pizza and a medium soda. They tell you they'll get you in a truck in a day or two but it took over 2 weeks before they had one available. There is no "wear and tear" clause in the contract. If you scratch it, you pay for it to be painted; if it has an oil leak, you will pay out of pocket for the repair. If it takes them 2 or more days to get around to working on your truck... too bad... you don't get paid.
