Growth opportunities Great Learning environment specially for freshers open door policy b/w top n lower management some pf the great people to learn from and work with

Cons

Not a great work culture poor work life balance..making it difficult for most women to advance not much employee benfits or compensation vis -a-vis amoutn of wrk done to keep them motivated

Pros

CRISIL provides Flexibility in terms of the policies its makes for employees. They are employee friendly. It also provides good career options.

Cons

The culture is beauraucratic difficult to handle. The politics get dirty after a point, while management has agenda of its own it tells its empoyess not have. Transparency has taken a beating after some recent events internally. Not a good paymaster.

Pros

The people I work with is young and competent. I have the chance to work side by side with people in the top investment banks globally.

Cons

The work can become really boring. We generally dont get to experience the most gratifying things of working as a research analyst, for example meeting with clients.
