Gives you a good experience very niche areas of financial services

Cons

HRs are very lazy and they never pro-actively complete their work. On-boarding process is too long. It takes a lot of time for you get all your accesses and even your system running. Training (KT) is very poor, CRISIL doesn't believe in providing proper training even when they allocate a month to the on-boarding process.

Health Benefits and Just as a stepping stone in industry

Cons

No credit for good work. Typical dirty office politics. There are only 1 or 2 senior person who are just busy in ensuring they get some billing hours from client, dienst care about delivery or quality of work. Unnecessary bureaucractic process. Stay away from it unless you dont have any option.
