- Benefits and Insurance - Unlimited PTO (Never truly been told no) - Strong pay relative to experience/skill/tenure - Coworkers who are genuinely friends - Hybrid - Great area so a good selection of lunch and errand destinations. - No question related to diversity and inclusion. - Lots of office space and amenities.

Cons

- Promotion paths are clear until a point, and then it may be a "sit and wait" game for any future upward trajectory professionally or financially.

Good salaries, good culture (although is starting to fade away) and competent coworkers.

Cons

Currently their main focus is to do financial engineering to improve the company's metrics and make it look more valuable.
