Diving into the fascinating world of cybersecurity engineering has turned out to be rewarding in ways I never expected. As a Security Engineer, I truly appreciate a workplace that promotes peace of mind, encourages continuous learning, and actively supports my professional development. The values of this company align perfectly with my own; they prioritize the well-being of both employees and customers, ensuring that our work is meaningful and impactful. Key Benefits: * Great Work-Life Balance * Flexible Work-from-Home Options * Continuous Learning Opportunities * Meaningful Projects I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of a company that not only fosters growth but also respects and values its employees, making me eager to contribute every day!

Cons

The fast-paced environment, while sometimes challenging, acts as a catalyst for ongoing growth and adaptation. It ensures that you are regularly refining your skills and sustaining a competitive edge in your field.

Pros

Competitive salary with better-than-market increments. Compensation here reflects the value employees bring to the table. Work-life balance is well maintained – manageable workloads and flexibility when needed. Company policies have evolved positively over time, showing that leadership listens and adapts. The Security Engineering team has seen remarkable improvement under the new Manager – more structure, better support, and a clear direction

Cons

Nothing major to note. No workplace is perfect, but overall, it's been a positive journey.

Pros

- Competitive salary and good increments - better than market standards. - Great work-life balance with meaningful and impactful work. - No night shifts in the Security Engineering team - healthy and sustainable schedule. - Supportive leadership and positive culture - driven by a grounded CEO and leaders who truly connect with employees, listen, support, and help bring out their best while steering the company toward sustainable growth. - Seamless handling of the Aeries transition - initial doubts around benefits and policy changes were addressed thoughtfully; the company delivered the best possible outcomes for employees. * (Fun note: This was a con in my last review! Great to see how positively it was turned around.) - Security Engineering team has seen remarkable improvement under Jitendra’s leadership as Manager: * Gaps in process definition were addressed post his entry. * He’s building a fair, structured, and productive environment that has truly strengthened the SEC-ENG team. - Supportive and approachable HR team - quick to respond, transparent, and always ready to help. - Clear opportunities to learn and grow as the company expands.

Cons

None. For the scale and what’s already offered, asking for more would be greedy. It’s a genuinely happy place to work.
