Pros

Great company if you want to move up and grow. Supervisors very responsive and attentive to needs of workers usually.

Cons

Can be easy to get lost in the sea of people though. Benefits low compared to similar companies. Salary is average.

Pros

I enjoyed my time working with CROSSMARK as a Casual Retail Planogram Merchandiser. The role offered flexibility, clear expectations, and the opportunity to work with a variety of well-known brands. I was fortunate to have a great manager who was supportive, approachable, and always willing to help when needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Cons

One challenge was that available shifts and hours could fluctuate from week to week, which may not suit those seeking consistent income. Travel between stores could also be significant at times, depending on the territory and client requirements.
