      Some frontline colleagues are supportive and hardworking. Friday 3pm finish. Some flexibility with head office roles.

      Cons

      The workplace is highly political, where relationships often matter more than performance or integrity. Discrepancies between what is promised and what is delivered (e.g., benefits, support, career development). Lack of genuine diversity, equity, and inclusion. Non-inclusive behaviour is often enabled, especially in the HR function. HR practices and data integrity are questionable, with little accountability.
