Pros

It's like having your own business, or being your own boss. As long as you meet the deadlines of time constraints, you can set your own schedule. The ability to meet and form outside relationships with all types of retail environments; from pharmacies to supermarkets to department stores; larger companies and mom-and-pop type companies, as well.

Cons

The hard work does not receive reciprocation of compensation for real time given, and the mileage reimbursement is not up to par.

Pros

Challenging environment that encourages creative problem solving.

Cons

The team is set up to continually coach or "write up" part time employees that are hardly qualified for the part time positions they are in. This promotes constant turnover and motivational issues among the team.

Pros

See retail world. learn some cooking and OSHA rules. Pay is better than most non-specified jobs.

Cons

Crossmark never lets up on the pressure and lets you know in every way how it is always about them only. The entire culture is completely dishonest.
