Pros

Flexibility of schedule and variety of types of assignments which keeps the job from becoming boring. This is also a company with nationwide exposure, so mobility to other areas is a possibility. And exposure to representatives from several major consumer products companies and retailers is a great way to network for future career opportunities.

Cons

Sometimes there are weeks without any available work, which means no income for that week.

Pros

The flexibility of your work schedule is GREAT, Crossmark has some very large accounts that are recognized nation wide and could lead to a better career move. They do give you a company car that you can drive for personal use as well as for the company. Most likely it will be a Chevrolet, not the best looking car but a car. Crossmark has some GREAT people that work for them and it could be a good starting point for any career in retail

Cons

Pay is not competitive compared to other companies and advancement is very slim. Over all benefits are not that good compared to other competitors.
