CRST is a great place to grow, I started straight out of college and have been given the opportunity to advance my career in a short amount of time.

Cons

CRST has a very unique culture, seems like some people from outside companies can't handle it and often leave the company.

Thank you for this feedback, We are implementing a massive technology update starting Jan 1st. This will impact all of CRST and will be the largest investment technology to date, we are certain that this will create multiple efficiency improvements, and we are excited for feedback. Regarding advancement opportunities, this is surprising to me in 2017 our internal vs external promotion rate is 70% vs 30%.
