Nepotism at its finest

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Opportunities for advancement

Cons

Nepotism at its finest. How do you feel about the guy or girl sitting next to you who has 4 relatives working in the same building? Promotions not based on performance but who you know. Supervisors twist stats to justify their actions (i.e., unfair treatment of employees) They treat their most experienced and therefore valuable employees the worst. Many people with 5-10 years experience at the company get fired for minor reasons, or quit in utter frustration. They tout diversity and inclusion while treating employees horribly.

Pros

There are no reasons or excuses not to proactively contribute to a culture of performance at our company. We are encouraged to apply ourselves for personal and professional growth - with a clear focus on values and favorable impact on the experiences of our customers/members. Adaptability, flexibility, and balance is cultivated and supported for us to be the company our customers/members continually need now and into the future. We say it, and we create the space and focus to do and be just that.

Cons

In ever-changing/evolving expectations of customers/members in a technology-filled and enhanced world, our focus on ensuring a dynamic culture feels and seems just right.

Pros

Pay is good until you find out what is expected of you and what type of work environment you have to deal with.

Cons

Heavy work load, High turn over. Not enough employees. Management doesn't have a clue as to what their supervisors are doing. Every supervisor has different criteria on how to handle work load, etc, therefore, unfair evaluation of performance. Example: You are evaluated against those employees with supervisors who allow them to get caught up such as pulling out of cue to get caught up. Not enough employees to assist you in getting caught up when you do have to take unforeseen time off. Employees fear for their jobs every day. Not a great work environment. Friend of mine said she would go home and not be able to eat at night from being so upset and worried about her job. Management kept saying it will get better, but it never did.
