      I love working at CSAA, having the opportunity to serve it's employees as part of the HR team.

      The only negative is we are sometimes a little too conservative for my liking.

      100% wfh … that’s it

      Cons

      High turnover Claim dumps Leadership not available Start up company phase for their commercial lines … it’s not ready at all Training does not properly prepare you nor do the weekly 45 minute- hour trainings it’s just not sufficient enough

      Good benefits, pension payment, wellness program where you can earn cash.

      Cons

      I worked at CSAA Insurance Group for four years and most of the time when I worked there I really felt like I was cared about as an employee. Turns out I was completely wrong when they laid me off for no reason. Be very careful working for this company as they do many layoffs numerous times of year.
