      Pros

      The talk is good but there is no trust.

      Cons

      There is a feeling of having to watch your back - no trust between management and employees. The frontline employees are the ones who make a company, yet managers have been known to call these employees names behind their back and create fear and need for acceptance instead of a work place of working together. Be careful of co-workers who tell you that you need to trust them - that is usually a sign there is a reason to NOT trust them. CSAA is borderline lawsuit-worthy.

      Because AAA is a great company that is deeply involved in the communitiy and takes care of its members and employees.

      Cons

      Like any company, its never fun when tough decisions need to be made to ensure the sustainability of an organization. AAA is no exception.
