      Pros

      The cafeteria is really wonderful.

      Cons

      1) Promotions are based on favoritism, not qualifications. 2) There are so many highly paid individuals managing and analyzing everything that there are not enough front line employees to handle the customers calling in for member services. 3) No respect or compassion for employees. 4) Unfair hiring and firing practices. 5) Department supervisors are not required to know anything about the job tasks their teams perform; their primary purpose is to run statistic reports for upper management and hone their micromanagment skills.

      Started good, but company needs to get a clear goal

      Pros

      Benefits and employees are great. They have, and soon to be had, a great insurance product.

      Cons

      Not knowing how the industry really works. People who go to AAA want an insurance agent, not a 1-800 number. Almost impossible to make it as a new agent unless you live at home with your parents and have no dependents. Compensation plan is not realistic for how the company is setup.
