      Employees are great to work with. Technology needs to be updateed.

      Pros

      The employees work hard to deliver good customer service, collaborate with work load and job knowledge. Supervisors are knowledgeable.

      Cons

      The company needs to update their technology. There are too many platforms. Adobe PDF cannot be updated because it conflicts with Correspondence Desktop.

      Pros

      The overall change in direction in the last year, I believe AAA is doing the right things to get us back on track. I am seeing more decisions being placed with frontline employees and much of the fear around two years ago is gone. Communication has improved and I'm seeing less siloed behavior. Still lots of work to do, I would like to hear from others who feel we are making some progress.

      Cons

      Several organizational changes in last few years, we need to see some stability. Systems in general, wasted $$ on technology that doesn't work. Work going on in this area so we need to deliver something that makes it easier for us to provide service.

      Pros

      Wonderful brand. Lots of opportunity to make a positive difference. Good place for entry level folks to get a start in their career. Certainly not all areas are as bad as some posts on this site make it seem. That's for sure. Many talented folks exist throughout the organization, even though they may not be in the leadership roles needed to make the most impact, they still can have a strong effect. Strong committment to volunteering.

      Cons

      Environment is ridiculously complex for a company this size, so challenges/opportunities are endless. Company tries to do too much at once, sometimes with unrealistic timeframes for proper results. Isn't that most companies though?
