Pros

Lots to love but it’s the people that do it for me. More than any specific policy or anything like that (pay, benefits, etc.) it’s the people I work with that makes this a job worth coming to. They’re very kind…I’m not sure there’s anyone who wouldn’t go out of their way to help me or any other co-worker. We have each other’s backs in a way I’ve never experienced before. That experience within itself has made the last two years I’ve spent at Cherry Creek well worth it.

Poor Management, Nepotism in the Management. No program welfare. The environment is so inhumane.
