      Pros

      a little experience opening and putting together computers If you wanna make 12 an hour forever this is your place

      Cons

      They promise you a raise and never give it They work you like a slave in a sweat shop No room for advancement Training is sucks. If you are new to this stuff its going to be hard. I had to retrain so many new people. The benefits suck If you a decent check you have to work 60 hours, that's only if they allow you OT for that week

      Pros

      It’s the people for me. More than any specific thing about the company or its policies, it’s the other people who work here that make it such a great job. They’re incredibly kind… I don’t know a single one who won’t go out of their way to help another coworker. You don’t have to worry about office drama… there isn’t any. And we have each other’s backs in a way I’ve never experienced at any other company I’ve worked for. The people here really make the whole CSAT experience.

      Cons

      I’m not saying there aren’t any, but I’ve been staring at this screen for the past 5 minutes and nothing is popping up.

      Pros

      I can’t think of a single more valuable skill than being able to diagnose and repair computer issues. Although I fully plan on pursuing a career in tech, even if I didn’t I would say this is a valuable job to have for any length of time. Just having the knowledge to repair your own computer is more than worth it. For that reason alone I would recommend CSAT to anyone looking for work right now.

      Cons

      You’re on your feet most of the day. You feel it the most at first, but if you invest in a good pair of shoes it isn’t too bad. Unfortunately, the company won’t reimburse you for the footwear.
