Pros

They’re great about giving you time off when you need it and management is very respectful of holidays, and not just the traditional ones, but cultural ones as well. OT is always an option, but it’s never expected or forced on you. Even though I don’t make my own schedule, I feel like it’s built to work around my life instead of the other way around.

Cons

The bathroom situation needs to be addressed. Too few bathrooms for too many employees isn’t good.

It’s the kind of work that if you do it for long enough, you can practically do it in your sleep.

Cons

No benefits and we only get 30 minutes for lunch.

You can get other things done. In my case I had other plans so this job was just a stepping stone job till I got where I wanted to go.

Cons

It can be difficult to move up in the chain of command if you are not friendly.
