Pros

This is a completely drama-free work environment. There’s no toxic coworker relationships. No one starts rumors or spreads gossip. We all have fun and get along, but without all the negativity that you usually experience in an office environment.

Cons

You only get 30 minutes for lunch, which really isn’t enough time to go somewhere, sit down, and eat.
