Pros

You get to work with a team of knowledgeable and talented techs who are more than happy to help newcomers learn the ropes. The company’s training is excellent, but it’s the support you receive after training from management and your fellow coworkers that is really stand-out. I learned so much during my time here and I know that’s because of the amazing people I worked with.

Cons

None. I had a great experience here and I appreciate everything the CSAT team did for me.

Pros

Paid training. Free lunch on Saturdays. Fun company events and parties (on holidays, but also randomly as well). OT is almost always available. And there’s a taco truck parked outside the office during lunch!

Cons

The ERP system is pretty outdated. It needs to be updated to really improve efficiency in the office.
