Pros

cultural diversity, and you get to know some people around the world.

Cons

NO one is there to listen to your ideas or problems you see at work. Even if you did say anything, they are unlikely to appreciate what you do/say unless you are in certain ethnic group. Zero communication at work, basically mind your own business and stay quiet. If you say anything against their ruling styles you are likely to be kicked out for that reason. Meaningless meetings which always talking about the problem/event and not about solution. Upper management always get mad at how things are not done in the first place, while lower ranking management staffs stay quiet and try to hold their position. In other words, if you want to stay longer in there, just talk about all the things they want to hear to please them and don't talk about too much of the solutions, because they are gonna make u do it and kick you out. Because some of them hate people to be smarter than they are and that is a big problem. Always playing the blame game and then at times employees are to be written up for things which are off management's fault. Company Politics is so heavy and they always want to take control over the situation, which ends up putting more pressure onto their employees and force good people quit.(a lot of people stayed because they have no good skills and/or wants a check rather than self-improvement) Their main focus is always on cutting costs, from some materials to employment, it might seem you get in a position which pays around 12 an hour, but after training, this is where the disappointment comes and they will try to do whatever they can to get their costs down. There is a lot to change and it cannot be done with the current set up and the management style. People need to learn on how to run a business properly and stop bring the bad behaviors of how sweat shop works from Asian countries.

Worst Place I Ever Worked

Pros

You can get hired on really fast because the turnover rate is high.

Cons

You are hired as a temporary employee which means they can and will fire you at anytime. You may apply to work a certain position or certain shift and when you start they will give you a job that has nothing to do with what you applied for and working hours that they didn't tell you you'd be working. If you are a computer technician you will be trained properly but if you are working in a different department no one will train you. You won't receive any of the tools, computers, etc , you need to actually do your job for weeks. They'll throw you in with anybody and leave you. There is constant bickering between the departments so you will not get help from other departments. They are constantly laying off, cutting pay and hours. You will never get a raise no matter how hard you work they will lie in your performance reviews to justify not giving you a raise. There is no room for advancement unless you are related to or part of specific ethnic groups. You only get 30 minutes for lunch and two 10 minute breaks per day. The facility is dirty, restrooms are disgusting, and break rooms smell like garbage. It's like working in a 3rd world sweatshop due to the working conditions. Parking is terrible and the security and loss prevention staff are rude to foreign employees. Atterro Staffing company who staff this place do not investigate employee claims of harassment, unfair treatment, poor working conditions and abusive management. They side with the company and will help them build a case to fire you if you speak out.

Pros

The only thing I enjoy is the actual work that I do.

Cons

Hours are cut short continuously. Pay rated guaranteed is not given. There are some racial issues. Poor communication amongst upper management. Insurance package is over priced with minimal benefits. I've warned you.
