Pros
Vibrant community with very friendly coworkers. If you are Vietnamese it is like working with a huge extended family. It helps if your primary language is Vietnamese.
Cons
Be very careful if applying and interviewing for positions with this company. The web site does not explain that most people working there are contract and the pay/benefits are very sub par unless you get hired in directly with one of multiple companies that operate out of the two main locations in Houston I experienced a bait and switch situation, so if you do decide to work there either through their in house staffing company or direct, be aware that they may "lose" a contract at any time and your terms can change at any moment.
