Pros
Literally there are no pros of working with CSAT. Pay is somewhat ok with average benefits (Health insurance and 40k)
Cons
Very disrespectful behavior of mid level management. I have seen VP yelling at the Engineering director which he passes to his subordinate and it goes down the line. You are not supposed to deny any of their words. Otherwise you will get the heat “Be careful what you say” is a common phrase use in the meeting by Manager/director/VP. No room and path for your career advancement and growth. Lobbying, politics is very common. Almost treated like a corporate slave. There is no long term planning. Engineering department has a very high turnover (either quit or laid off) mainly because of Manager’s and Director’s unprofessional attitude.
